Sport Fishing

for the enthusiast, there are many reefs, outcrops, and islands that produce exciting sport fishing. Wide ranging are the Mangrove Jacks, Trevally, Queenfish, Mackerel, Snapper and Cod. For shark fishermen, there are Black Tips, Whalers and Tigers that give plenty of action. At the end of the Wet Season, Barramundi start working the Trepang Creek system, as well as a few smaller creeks in the area.

Fly fishermen

shore based fishing provides plenty of action with room to move, however the creeks and estuaries accessed by our fleet will put you amongst the larger pelagic species: barramundi, threadfin and blue salmon.
